1. The red highlight the greatest spending for each state. 2. Arizona and Georgia share 'Travel'. 3. Georgia - 'Media' due to wanting to focus on a younger audience? 4. Same as #3, perhaps they have more younger people they want to accommodate.

3. I pick Michigan and they spend a lot for BINGO, that may be because lots of people living in Michigan likes playing BINGO
4. It may be because Georgia states has more fund campaign then others
